Job Description:
This position is responsible for performing research and developing a proposal on optimization of materials packaging and storage for aircraft materials, and various administrative duties as needed or assigned to support the airline’s Stores and Logistics operation.

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research on options for parts packaging for shipping, protection, and storage optimization
- Down-select options and conduct feasibility analysis to validate options meet shipping and cost parameters
- Develop proposal for implementation across entire Stores system
- Perform assigned duties to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures and standards required for successful performance and project delivery
- May perform duties such as gathering and organizing data to provide information for other departmental special projects or reports
- Coordination and follow through to completion on all assigned projects
- Perform all other tasks as assigned; s pecific activities vary by assignment
Job Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and with others
- Proficient in data analysis
- Must be able to maintain absolute confidentiality and discretion
- Must be proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Current enrollment in college/university/trade school required with studies or experience in supply chain
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, comfortable with delivering presentations to senior leadership
- Energetic personality
- Flexibility to work in a fast paced environment
