The Retail Support Administrator Import Specialist will be working closely with the Buying, Merchandising, Truly Global Retail Team and Customs Team. They will be responsible for primarily raising orders and verifying style data to help us meet our ambitious intake targets as we approach peak season. This role would be ideally suited to someone with some previous administrative experience and strong Excel skills. This role is a 6-month contract looking at an immediate start.
Establishing and maintaining strong collaborative working relationships with the Buying, Merchandising, Customs and TGR teams through consistent communication and sharing of information
Providing support to the Retail Support Team Leader as required
Verifying style & Import data, correction of classification and commodity/tariff codes
Carrying out bulk amendments and releasing stock for shipment.
Having full knowledge of team processes and reporting
Informing the Retail Support Team Leader of any problems with orders received from/raised for the Buying and Merch Teams
Ensuring orders are raised, SKUs and Purchase Orders are all created in an accurate and timely manner
Proactively working towards reducing the amount of errors/issues and ensuring all B&M are fully trained, by overseeing a designated business division area and having regular meetings/training with them
Excellent written and spoken communication skills and an ability to interact at different levels.
Strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel.
Team player, and multi-tasker, willing to help other team members as well as provide feedback and support to your colleagues when necessary
Strong organisational skills, both on personal and team workload
The ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
The ability to be flexible with ad-hoc and last-minute requests/changes in the daily or weekly workload
