Job Description:

We are looking for someone with demonstrated experience in Operational Audit, Risk Management and/or Compliance, who will be in charge of conducting and delivering reviews of 3rd party transportation partners in UK. The right individual has a thorough understanding of the three lines of defense, is capable of managing reviews end-to-end with minimum management oversight, and has demonstrated that he/she is able to partner with different teams across an organization to drive proactive solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform reviews of Third-Parties to verify adherence to applicable laws, standards and Amazon’s requirements (employment, safety, operational, etc.)
• Verification, evaluation and assessment of contracted or newly appointed Third-Parties
• Participation in WW/EU special projects/assignments
• Preparation and execution of reviews with a data oriented approach
• Writing of reports (Observations and Recommendations)

Job Requirements:

• Proven Transportation or Supply Chain industry experience, preferably in a similar or equivalent role (Third-Party management)
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, SQL (intermediate to advanced)
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams on complex projects
• CIA, CFE certification (or equivalent)
• Other foreign language skills are considered a plus
• Robust analytical skills, comfortable working with large amounts of data and communicating data findings
• Hands-on advanced Excel knowledge to support data analysis and compliance reporting
• Experience in gathering data requirements and formulating business metrics for reporting, even from multiple sources
• Clear and concise verbal/written communication and data reporting skills
• 6+ years of Operational Audit, Compliance, Risk Management or Internal Controls experience (or equivalent)
• BA/BS degree (or equivalent)
• Fluent in English, both in writing and in speaking required
• Acquaintance with UK employment, transportation and safety regulations
