Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for an Talent Acquisition Resourcer to join the team on an 18 month FTC based in our Camden Office, London. The successful applicant will join Aldi’s HR department to form a new team specifically dedicated to providing recruitment support for Aldi’s London growth plans for Store Operations.

This fast paced and challenging role will provide hands-on support for Hiring Managers across the current and upcoming London stores as they manage the recruitment process from interview to offer and beyond. That includes sourcing, interviewing and presenting suitable candidates.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Application and Video interview screening of Store Operations Management and Non-Management applications for London Stores
  • Running Group Assessments and Interviews for Store Operations Management and Non-Management applications for London Stores
  • Acting as the first point of contact for ATS and Recruitment related queries
  • Hiring Manager support and data analysis
  • Headhunting for prospective candidates
  • Analysing recruitment requirements and interpreting data to assess both current and future vacancies identifying where additional marketing and PR support may be needed and liaise with the relevant parties to authorise this additional media support
  • Analysing the effectiveness of Recruitment Marketing campaigns and making recommendations for changes
  • To assist with the developing and testing of all ATS releases
  • To write and produce any reports or research documents as and when is requested in both a timely and professional format

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in Recruitment, with a wider commercial awareness for both Retail and Recruitment/HR
  • Experience managing the end to end recruitment process including candidate screening and facilitating assessments
  • Experience of high volume recruitment
  • Experience of recruiting in London and a fast-paced market
  • Experience of candidate headhunting
  • The ability to plan ahead to meet deadlines with a high level of personal organisation
  • Adaptability under pressure and able to prioritise duties among multiple concurrent responsibilities
  • Strong communication skills with ability to take complex information and deliver in a simplified manner across all levels of a business
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and manage own time
  • Solution focused and analytical
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Some travel to the Bolton Office or within London may be required. Required travel outside of the place of work (Camden office) will be expensed
