RESPONSIBLE FOR DRIVING THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE THROUGH PROACTIVE AND CUSTOMER FOCUSED BEHAVIORS AND ACTIONS. ACTIVELY EVALUATES CUSTOMERS NEEDS BY LISTENING, PROVIDING SOLUTIONS AND MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS TO MAXIMIZE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND EXCHANGE BRAND LOYALTY.
PREVIOUS CONVENIENCE STORE / GAS STATION / CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED. BASIC MATHEMATIC SKILLS. KNOWLEDGE OF HANDLING CASH REGISTERS PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED. MUST BE ABLE TO REACH UP AND BEND TO STOCK MERCHANDISE. WILLING TO CROSS TRAIN AND WORK IN OTHER AREAS OF THE STORE AS NEEDED. FLEXIBILITY: DAYS WILL VARY DUE TO OPERATIONAL NEEDS.
Completion of High School or the equivalent.
